Low and behold this move can get you acquainted with the ground and your body! It doesn’t matter how you get up, it’s the fact that you are getting up!
4 rounds, 10 reps each
~ rolling pushups
~ get up off the floor
~ windmill (R/L)
~ bear crawl (up three steps, back three steps)
